At Legado Noble, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and strive to provide you with the highest level of service.
The order delivery process is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
1. Processing Time All orders require a processing time for order verification, quality checking, packaging, and dispatching to the carrier.

2. Shipping Times and Costs Once the item has been processed and leaves our facilities (or those of our suppliers), the time it takes to reach its destination depends on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package at any time. Tracking information may take [2 to 4] days to update in the system.
4. Customs and Duties For international shipments, please note that Legado Noble is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied by the destination country. Any additional costs generated during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages Legado Noble is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier company that are lost or stolen at the destination address. If you experience this issue, we will provide you with all the necessary information so you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
